   Anyone know what's going in here? New windows & drywall in the past few weeks after looking "boarded up" for years!

   Funny - I wondered that too the other day - looks there's a bldg permit indicating that it was a "non-conforming" duplex and indicates no change of occupancy - so looks like the new owners are just fixing it up to meet today's code. Wonder what it was back in the 1920s when it was built?
