   All you have to do is enter via the back door of any of the Rapid Ride buses downtown. I watch bums do it every day.

   just FYI - Some of those people may be tapping their orca cards prior to boarding the bus - at the readers located at some bus stops. I have also seen free riders get caught by the random "fare enforecment officers" who visit the buses from time to time.... Metro is following in the footsteps of Vancouver BC's sky train fare enforcement procedures.
