We have lived in Ballard for 20+ years and try to buy our tree locally every year. Some years it is very difficult to find a smaller tree in the 5 foot range. I was wondering whether anybody out there had seen a local place this year with a lot of smaller Noble Firs?

There is a lot on Holman Rd, I think the cross street is 3rd, that has noble firs.

I just passed by a tree farm, most looked like 5' tall, you'll see them in a couple years.

Maybe a sojourn to a u-cut farm will work for you. Ten bucks is better than a 100 bucks, if my math still works in bizarro-world...

There is a small lot that only has Noble Firs right next to the Ravioli Station on Leary. They should have some 5 footers.

The Boy Scouts, next to Ballard Market, had small noble firs.

Mahalo Everybody. Went to everybody that you suggested, bought at the lot on Holman/PetSmart...They cut one of their larger trees down to size for us. Also, I really liked the people at yhr "Nobles Only" lot on Leary. Their trees are all priced at $50.00 whether it's a 5 foot or 10 foot tree...they will also cut them down for you/no charge...they have more trees coming in next Tuesday, otherwise we would have bought from them.
