Hello there, 'friendly' neighbors.
I'm a 30 year old broad that's looking for a relatively cheap room for rent in the Ballard/Fremont/Wallingford/Phinney/Queen Anne area.
I'm currently a full time student at the UW...and am struggling to escape a less-than pleasant living arrangement.I work about 20 hours a week at a SoDo Starbucks, and the pay is ... also less than pleasant. As well as searching for a place to reside, I'm looking for a second job so that I can afford rent.
