   btw, I think over 28 bucks per sq. ft for your location is rich, the Melbourne tower is only 22. Utilities included. Parking included.

   Your business will have expiration date. Just remember the the new Ballard way of business.
   When your lease is up you will be kicked out to make way for the new tenant the landlord has been negotiating with secretly while making you think you are going to re-sign without any problems. Promising to pay more exorbitant rent probably won't be enough to keep your business at the location you have worked hard to promote over the last couple years.
   But take solace in this...
   The trendy business with rich investors that was negotiating into your space behind your back, was only using the property as leverage for the place they really wanted. And the storefront which once was home to your business stands a good chance of being vacant for many, many months.
