   FedEx delivered a package 30 minutes after I left the house this afternoon and I came home just now to find the box torn open and empty laying in my front yard. It was nothing that can't be replaced and it was nothing of that much value either so why anyone bothered to take it once they opened it is beyond me.
   Anyway, please be on the lookout for your neighbors! We are in the NorthBeach neighborhood not far from Cafe Fiore. I figured this sort of thing was frequent before the holidays but it's alive and well any time of year apparently :(
   And if anyone tries to sell you a Sherlock Holmes-ish deerstalker hat it might be mine!

   Between 1:30 and 6pm. North of Fiore towards GG. I'm not certain where the dividing line is but North Beach is what the real estate listing said when we bought :)
