Dates TBD, hoping for late January start.
6:30 PM—8:00 PM
Maple Leaf Professional Center
7812 Lake City Way NE Seattle, WA 98155
This 6-week group of 8-10 women offers a safe, healing environment for you to practice new skills, gain awareness, and change unwanted behavior. Learn to manage stress and other uncomfortable patterns, and build the life that you seek.
Women who are experiencing loss of direction, depression, anxiety, loneliness, unfulfillment, or relationship strife can benefit from this group. The main focus of this group is not on the issue itself; but learning new transferable skills, shifting perspectives, receiving support, and facilitating change. Gain insight and awareness for building strong relationship and personal skills.
Group therapy encourages connection and community building and creates opportunities to learn and grow with and from other women. It is an affordable alternative to individual therapy but can also serve as a useful adjunct.
Fee: $330. $165 is due at first session. Remainder due at Session 4. No screening fee is required. We will conduct a brief phone interview.
