I may need to have my gas hot water tank checked out. It is part of a hydronic heating system and I have noticed that two times over the past couple of weeks, there has been a small bit of water below the pipe that drains to the outside from my temperature and pressure relief valve. I am not sure if this is normal or not during times of high usage of my hydronic heating system. Thank you for any recommendations :-)

Well, I booked an appt with Evan Conklin - a referral by another highly yelped plumber who didn't want to deal with a hot water tank that was also part of a heating system. Please let me know before 1/17 if you have any opinions one way or the other about Evan Conklin. thanks!

Thank you for that RichY! I checked them out there and at the BBB website and yelp and they seem to be ok in those regards. But this is the first time in my life I have had to call a plumber for something that I am not familiar with and, being a woman, I am always afraid of being taken advantage of in this kind of situation. Wish I could have my BF or brother there when they come.
