Hi neighbors! A good samaritan brought us a short haired, brown torti/tabby with a white face found near 92nd and Fremont Ave today. The cat is unharmed, and wants to go home! She's female, seems to be of an elderly persuasion, has cataracts, and is very sweet!! She arrived here with no collar or chip, and has a very healthy appetite. :) If you know this gal, please call us at 784.9200! See our avatar for a photo of this sweet cat.

Hard to tell by the pictures but it sure looks like it could be the second one in chicksters post of lost cats.

I believe both in chicksters post were males.

Cats are smart. They know how to "lose" themselves to their own advantage.

To Rachel...Idgie's owner...if you're checking this page out, Phinney Ridge Animal Hospital might've also had Seattle Animal Shelter take the kitty by now.
They didn't post it on myballard.com's forum, but over on phinneywood.com's forum, PRAH said, "We plan to have Seattle Animal Shelter take over her care if her owner is not found by the end of the day today."

Either way, just know she's safe and sound and hope you're reunited soon!! :-)

Thanks gracie...eventually the connection would've been made in this situation, but helping facilitate a quicker connection to give the owner some peace of mind is what it's all about.
And +1s deservedly go to those caring neighbors who take in found pets and to Phinney Ridge Animal Hospital for holding and caring for them and taking the time to post they have them.
P.S. Love these happy endings... :-)
