    "Please do not disturb tenants..."

    Because they are already disturbed?

you realize, of course, that amity means 'friendship.'

are you all so easily swayed by a fake movie town?

When I saw the word roughage I can't get the visual of the gimp in "Pulp Fiction" out of my mind:(

I actually made roasted broccoli for dinner tonight and it was excellent.
a little olive oil + coarse salt = no sulphur maybe?

of course, that sulphur (or sulforaphane) is a natural disinfectant used by the liver to reduce cancer-causing chemicals that enter your body so maybe you should reconsider.

    no mush here.

I don't cook it past 140 degress, lest I destroy the proteins.

Oh. Rather than fussing about the exact temp you could just eat it raw.
