Hi - a loose spaniel/setter/dalmation type dog - mostly while with very dark brown patches on the face and tail, was loose, cold, hungry, and barking like crazy in our yard all last night and today (1/31). (S)he had a collar but no tags, so (s)he was taken to Crown Hill Vets to scan for a chip and hopefully get reunited with her owner.
Also, I just sent a picture to tips@myballard.com, so hopefully that will be posted as well.
There's more about this dog under the previous entry regarding a white dalmation - I don't think it's a dalmation, though...
