Administrative Assistant-Ballard Neighborhood - Seattle
Part-time / Full-time Administrative Assistant needed to support the Operations Director with data entry and office responsibilities at a local security alarm company. Given a good fit with the company, this part-time position may lead to a permanent full-time position.
General office experience and skills are required as well as experience with MS Office and standard office equipment. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to muti-task and meet deadlines are fundamental to this position. The right individual has strong interpersonal skills and the ability to ensure that interactions, both internally and with our clientele and vendors are of the highest quality. It is essential to possess a strong work ethic, a positive demeanor and a team player mentality.
