   ...or most likely elephants! They like to sneak around at night and spray paint big puffy letters on others property. Very sad! I would like to say thank you to those businesses who consistently paint over the nonsense!

   At first, I was happy when a certain art store moved to Ballard last year, but only went in once. When I saw they were selling graffiti paint, I decided to never go back. I dont 'blame' the art store for idiots tagging, but they certainly are not helping the situation!

   interesting theory ballardgirl. I wonder if it's also readily available at Fred Meyer and/or other hardware shops around town? also, has graffiti gone up since the store opened?

   there is no 'graffiti' paint really; it' just spray paint, no?

   do you think our problem is so bad we should ban spray paint like they have in Chicago (unless you have a contractor's license)?

   I bought spray paint at Joann's fabrics not too long ago, so you can add them to the boycott list....

   IMHO Dakota Art is one of the best new additions to the hood.

   I love the Dakota Art store. Just going in there and browsing is very relaxing. The staff are incredibly helpful and given me good suggestions regarding art projects.

   I love Dakota Art too. I'm not particularly talented in the artistic department but was really happy when they opened.
