Ballard Mailbox and Shipping Center is located in the heart of the historic Ballard district of Seattle. We are a locally owned and family operated business that is dedicated to serving our neighborhood, local businesses, and the surrounding marine community, including live-aboards since 1980! We take much pride in providing the best customer service possible by maintaining an inviting and friendly atmosphere. We service over 800 private mailboxes and also provide shipping and receiving through UPS, FedEX, and USPS.

We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic individual with great customer service skills combined with a positive and upbeat attitude. Must be capable of dealing with the public, learning while on the job, and following specific directions. Point of sale, computer experience, and being good with numbers is a must. Being physically fit and active is also an advantage, since you must be able to stand or walk for long periods of time and occasionally lift up to 70 lbs. Overall, it is a very relaxed work environment and we do our best to supply our employees with schedules that are flexible for them. Weekdays - 2 to 4 days a week - Monday thru Friday we are open from 9AM to 6:00PM... usually covered by two to three shifts: 8:45am to 4pm and 10:30am to 6:15pm.
Saturdays - Saturday's a must: 10:30am to 4:15pm
