   So as some of you know, Swedish has the community medical home on the Ballard Campus where you pay $55 a month for access to their clinic and basic medical care. My son is thinking about signing up for it and wants to hear from people who use it whether it is a good value and how they like the services provided. Thoughts anyone?

   Good point. I forgot about them when I was shopping for health insurance. There are other companies/clinics that do this too, though I'd be paying full price for UW visits (then again, I'd have the money if I paid $55/mo instead of $375++). I suppose the question is what do they provide, how far does "basic" go and how long does it take to get an appt?
