Just found in North Beach on Esplanade - older dog, no tags, sweet, green collar. Please contact me. I will keep her in tonight and take her to the shelter in the morning if she is not claimed.

Here is the CL link - http://seattle.craigslist.org/see/laf/3634941303.html
I hope her humans get her tonight. Great that you kept her with you.
She is doing fine - resting, eating, and ignoring the cat - smart dog. I will take her to my vet in the morning and if we find a chip hopefully return her to her human. If not - I don't feel she should be in the shelter due to her age, so will bring her home - should get some better pix tomorrow. I will let the shelter know she is here and my contact info.
She looks like a sweetie. You are very nice to take her in.
If you don't find her family, you could contact Old Dog Haven. http://www.olddoghaven.org/
Oh she is lovely. I hope her humans find her and thank you for keeping her out of the shelter. She looks like she just wants somewhere warm to sleep :)
AS. The shelter now has an online database for reporting lost and found animals.

Such a sweet looking girl, and with a gray muzzle. I hope her people come for her soon.
Great news!! Agnes has been reunited with her owners! Now I know where they live just in case for the next time.
Great news! You made my morning.
Can you tell us more? Had they been looking for her. I like the reunited story details. I'm a sucker for a hallmark card commercial.
Apparently she got out an open door and wandered off. Her family with little kids worried all night about her, but her mom thought someone had taken her in for the night! She was so relieved when she saw the CL post, and they were reunited with Agnes just in time for school!
Good job, Aunt Salad! Glad pets have humans like you to watch out for them! :-)
And to lifeisamazing...here's a reunited story you'll like showing life truly IS amazing! I was following along with this story because Buddha the Bulldog went missing near our relative's home in Burien. It's so amazing Buddha's owners got their dog back after 17 days.

Read on...and look at the adorable photo of the little girl hugging her BFF. It's definitely a Hallmark moment! :-)
