C. Everett Koop, former Surgeon General has passed peaceably at his home in New Hampshire the age of 96. RIP Mr. Koop.
Although surrounded in his neighborhood by thousands of cigarette owners at his demise, it remains to be determined whether the cause of Surgeon General Koop's death was due to the over-proliferation of high capacity cigarette packs in his state or merely from a lone cigarette smoker with unresolved mental issues run amok.
