   In Russia is all about payoff. Bring cash. If ruble poor from unemployment. Sex appeal always work but is not like you think! In Russia government office tryst about bureaucratic attraction. You do best to look big and clunky. Work every time. Old trick for twiggy women dress two sizes too small so look fat and chubby. Just remember big and clunky is what government understand.
