Zero to 5K Program
Have you wanted to start running, but just not sure how to begin? How about joining our Zero to 5K training class where we will meet you at whatever fitness level you are at and coach you as individuals, but also as part of a group. This is a fantastic way to learn how to safely get into running condition and do it with the support and motivation from your fantastic coaches as well as the others in the group!
Dates: April 23rd – May 18th in Ballard and Discovery Park.
