Radio traffic is being held to a minimum until other officers arrive. I can hear them coming.

Just went to see if there were any photos to be taken. Someone in cuffs sitting on street next to QFC construction being questioned. Looked in twenties in a hoodie. Seemed a bit beligerent on occasion. Other cops questioning a guy with dog. Given recent events I didn't go ask questions. Sorry. Thanks Silver.

Yeah, I think that this one was a domestic thing - girlfriend/boyfriend. But there was so much radio traffic I could be wrong about that.

Same incident? Cuz the guy I saw in cuffs sitting on the ground was not the guy with the dog.

I was reading the other thread, "Take back our parks, library and our streets" where the discussion is what to do about the bums. Good to see that sometimes things just work themselves out.

Well that makes sense of the argument fatty-fat-fat (the girlfriend) was having at the Commons the other night when she said (screamed) she wasn't afraid of whoever was on the other end of the phone & was going to cut that person given the opportunity.

Glad that creep is in jail. Apparently, she is now in Tacoma and the Pittie is still in Ballard now living with the Vietnam Vet that is in a wheelchair;who has been playing a guitar for $ outside Starbucks. He says that he is going to train the Pitbull to be his service dog. Vet used to live in Section 8 but,has been recently evicted and apparently is living on the street.

Dogs are social creatures that are fine living outside without the comforts of showers, couches or cable as long as they are fed, watered and have companionship or a pack. Hopefully the new owner will appreciate the dog and treat it well and respectfully and not leave him tied outside by itself outside shelters. I haven't seen the new owner around much but hopefully it will be a blessing for both. I don't know much about cats but isn't an unstable lifestyle harder on cats?

Yeah, anyone hear what happened to the cat? The one I've seen with them is a small black one.
I have yet to meet the easily adaptable cat, but if left to their own devices they're okay outside. They like to find their own shelter, as they know their own survival needs.
I hope the dog is in good hands now.

That couple has already had one cat taken away from them by the ASPCA and the dog was taken away from them once before. I always felt sorry for the little black cat...generally speaking, most cats aren't crazy about being in close proximity to a dog 24/7, and cats are generally creature-comfort seeking beasties; and that cat alwasy looked terrified to me.

I hope they are gone for good.
