Who does the rocking here? Do any 'regular' posters have rocking duties or is it all carried out behind a curtain?

    Rockers?

    You mean:

Rock & Rollers (myoozishunz), axe slingers, etc.

front/back twin tipped skis for going backwards downhill

people who rock their children to sleep

    All of the above

    ?

It's a colloquialism (sp???) for the Free Masons. Very secret, hush-hush stuff. Lodge meetings Monday eve on Greenwood. CRAZY goings-on.

I think it was John. BTW, if ever you want to feel really REALLY old, watch the whole movie again, then look at recent photos of Paul and Ringo.

    Sigh..........

ballardmike - My BF joined a lodge (I won't say as not to call him out). Said it was SO boring. Lots of old people with oxygen tanks. Nothing like he expected/hoped.

My best friend and I saw the movie and liked it so much we decided to stay and watch it again. Halfway through the third (or was it fourth?) showing, my brother came and got us. We were in SO much trouble! But it was worth it.

The TRUE history of the world isn't written in books, it's recorded on albums.

There are people out there who have NOT seen Quadrophenia?

I grew up in a family of Masons. It is kind of boring. But they do nice things for the community. All the conspiracy theories about Masons make me laugh.

I want to go play pool sometime Pennygirl. I used to play all the time in my twenties when I lived downtown. Sadly, with all the playing I did I never became very good at it. Unfortunately for me my talent lies in dorky things like bowling. I am freakishly good at bowling.

    I'm a rocker and a roller.
Former drummer and current guitar player.
And sadly (no jabs intended) I tend to date the musician type.

This thread makes little sense when it's not right below the Mods thread. It was for a moment this morning and gave me a chuckle.

Nice to see the variety here. Ballard is such a multi-cultural place.
