Saw at least 5 cruisers in and about the Subway at 53rd & 15th Ave tonight about 10:50PM. Some had their flashers on -- any idea of what happened?

offlineMemberThey were also on 8th between Market and 52nd, as well as at intersections on 9th, and I saw one on Leary at roughly 12th. No idea what it was all about.
