I don't know if my eyes deceived me while driving by Full Circle Yarn today, but it looked like the store was empty. Didn't have time to circle back for a closer look. Can somebody confirm or deny this? If the store really was/is empty: did they move, or did they go out of business, or is something else going on?
    Thanks.

Yes, they are gone indeed. GASP! I was in there as they were leaving free stuff on the sidewalk out front as they closed shop. I believe they are only moving, BUT, I can not confirm that. Sadly, out of ballard I believe. :( I share your sadness.

That building/lot was planned for yet another giant condo/apt development, which fell through with the real estate crash. However, the property owner has been trying to sell the property for a long time; with the long-term writing on the wall for Full Circle as a tenant, maybe they decided to move on their schedule rather than the landlord's?

I heard that they were moving to a new place up 24th. Perhaps next to the Vintners?

that is indeed where they'll be, Suwan -- if you walk by you can even see a tell-tale "Clover Needle" display setup in there. Not sure when they will open, though.

Thanks, guys! I'm glad they are just moving and not going out of business!

I walked in yesterday while they were stocking the yarn & they said they were trying to open today.

By the way, I believe the name on the window was The Tea Cozy Yarn Shop.
