I have the smaller size Crock Pot to pass on to someone. White, removable crock, 2 settings, no timer. Missing one side handle, but this does not affect performance. Anyone want this?

Feel free to continue this thread with other wanted or offered items.

I just got a shipment of frozen food as a gift and it came in a big styrofoam cooler inside a cardboard box. About a 24" cube on the outside. Anyone need a cooler for a party or need to ship refrigerated/frozen treats? Happy to pass along this box.

Also, I received a gift of knitting supplies -- stitch holders, rings, needle tips. Also a few random crochet hooks. I am not much of a knitter and stick to the basics. No use for any of this except maybe one set of needle tips. Anyone able to use these?

I'll have to post my list after this weekend. We've already donated a LOT of stuff but there is a lot more to go. I DO have Bumble & Bumble hairspray in a pump bottle. I used a bit of it but my hair isn't good with hairspray. I also have some Chi spray stuff for straightening...I've thrown a lot of things away but think I have mostly full bottles of the above. If anyone is interested, my e-mail is my user name at gmail. Later this weekend I can tell you for sure what I have :)

Teigyr, I'd *love* the b & b - it's great for my hair but I almost never get it... To give away, we have gobs of baby clothes, mostly neutral and 0 - 6 month sizes, but nothing else comes to mind right now...

I too have a cooler like the one mentioned above.

Angeline, if not spoken for, I'd love the knitting supplies. Is there something you are looking for in trade?

mmm. I'm sure I have some more goodies.

Samkin - let me know if you are looking for anything baby for your little ones, I have some things I have been meaning to donate to a good home as my little place can't contain all the baby stuff!

My email is also my user name at gmail. No spam pretty please.

Samkin, e-mail me and I will let you know what I have. I have curly hair and B&B doesn't always work, depending. Also, my salon is advocating a private brand which I am liking so I might let go other B&B to make room for the new stuff.

biophile, my darling is in 5T now....how much longer do you anticipate needing 5T? she's just now really filling out a lot of it (as in it's not too too big anymore, even though the 4T's are too small).

<--she was in 2T then. *sigh*

Samkin (or anyone else) I have B&B thickening spray about 60% full. I also have holding spray which only has less than an inch remaining but I would just throw it out and probably would unless someone wants it with the other stuff. I have mostly full B&B Defrizz, Chi Iron Guard spray, and Chi Silk Infusion.

I encourage you all to do this now and and keep doing it. Don't wait to clear out that stuff AFTER you''ve lived in the same house for 30+ years and move into a 2-bedroom apartment. The basement especially!!! There is something really freeing (is that a word ?) about going minimalist.

Got to go change my username now, my sister figured out who I was!

I have an older Dell desktop CPU. 1 GB RAM (maxed out), and a 40GB and a 120 GB hard drive. It's wiped clean right now, but I could give you a license of XP if you want.

I also have a clean license of Vista if anyone wants that (snerk!).

Dang, Sal, I'm so tempted by that pasta maker....you know I want it!!

We still have a weight machine to give away. Someone said they would take it then never showed up. Marcy Body Bar 2300, early 90's. Multi-station, universal-type weight machine with bench. You disassemble and move it!

Would anyone be interested in a music exchange post like this? I collect vinyl, and want to archive it. If you have old records you don't want, give me a shout at mzgrey(at)hotmail.com. I live up in Loyal Heights, and already have approximately 1300 records or so. I love all genres of music, and once I figure out this $%^&*! software and process for transferring vinyl to digital format, I'll be able to provide downloadable mp3's of music that I have back to folks who are interested.

Hopefully this post isn't too meandering, I just woke up on my day off and only have a cup of tea in me yet. Have a great day!

Hi Pennygirl, I'm using Audacity on a miniMac. It's not so much the using of the software, but dividing the tracks that really gets me...but if there's easier or better software I'm all for it.

It may be my inner Luddite railing against technology that has put me off...I think it's too nice to be indoors right now, so a walk over to Value Village may be in order, but maybe I should give this another shot tonight. Have a great day. Everybody should go outside!

I am interested in buying vinyl. 70/80s new wave of british heavy metal, classic metal. Possible interest in 80s and 90s industrial etc... Must be in top condition. I do not resell but need to treat my turntable cartridge with kindness! :)

Elem. I'd heart an answering machine, old school tapey.
I'm currently using a 1984 Panasonic, but its sounding quite haunted these days.

I acknowledge SA has first dibs.
I am not interested in a digital one, just the old-school tapey.

I have an 'over the door' ironing board that works great. New Years resolution is not to iron at all - just call me romaine. Also have a cellular shade that fits a 34" x 58" (wxh) inside mount window - it is a top down, bottom up sort of affair. Neutral light color. Comes with hardware.
