I live in Ballard near Ballard HS and want to learn to sew this summer. If you live in Ballard and are willing to teach, please email me!

I don't really have the time, sadly, because I really enjoyed it, once upon a time.
Do you own, or have access to a machine?
You failed to leave us your e-mail address...I wish you the best of luck.

Check out Sew Up Seattle. (sewupseattle dot blogspot dot com)
Classes are free and the last Saturday of every month.

For more individualized lessons go to Teach Street. I think that Deb Barnes has a listing there - she was teaching classes at the Ballard Senior Center over the winter and is a good teacher.

  4. Deb Barnes is still teaching her class at the Center. Send her an e-mail or call the Ballard NW Senior Center.

There are also several ladies at The Quilting Loft on Market near 28th that teach. The employees there can provide referrals.
