   Sorry Cate, Didnt see your post till this AM.

   Any game is dandy with me!! I have a good friend in town this week whose getting medical treatment so I am keeping myself available for him, but am pretty open next week. (week of the 28th)

   Oh Dear Streaker! Hopefully not THAT disconcerting! <grin>

   Will look for another angle when I get home tonight. He was up on a lava hummock back at the house and looking down on me. He was actually quite happy up there, but he does look a bit haughty up there looking down on the rest of us mere mortals.

   d- always up for Scrabble but I think 'll never win against you (and if somehow I did, I'd know you were throwing the game). So Scrabble next Wednesday - shall I bring a deck of cards too? ST, GG, NB, SA, B&Pugs, anyone else - you in?

   Cate, dsomers and ST, some day I hope to rejoin the game. Too much going on healthwise. I sent dsomers an email before the last game to fill him in. Unfortunately I now need surgery also so it's going to be awhile before I am up to it. I do still play on-line SCRABBLE and "words with friends" on my iPod if any of you are ever interested.

   Cate! I only won once? Most of the time I was in the middle of the pack. (tiles?)

   Wednesday sounds dandy. Same time and place? 6:30 to 7 at Asters? All are welcome?

   By the way...Cate mentioned a bowl? For fun last time I turned a little bowl for a prize. Just a fun little thing. A bit of a dust collector might be the best term. Will try to do a little better one for Wed, but if not will bring that one back. Hope a bunch of folks, old and new, can make it!!!

   Heardonthe44. You sent me an email before the last game? I am sorry. I don't think I saw that. Did I respond? Gawd I hope not. Means I am suffering from a serious case of CRS.

   Cate, playing on-line with strangers and friends has help me get ideas for words to play. (Yet, I lost big time when I played the first SCRABBLE night. LOL !)

   Sounds good PG. I'm exhausted for tonight and heading to bed soon but will follow up with getting a game going with you sometime soon. My email is inlightofit at yahoo if you want to plan where to play..facebook, etc. ?

   dsomers...I sent it to your email as listed but I never did hear back from you. Thanks for the offer and I can't think of anything currently 'cept for good thoughts and/or prayers for a "clear roads to the hospital" tomorrow (First Hill) Hubby will brave the roads and drive me to the hospital for more tests tomorrow.

    Phew! I was getting worried that I replied and couldn't remember doing it. Sorry I didn't get your email though. Didn't ignore you!!!! Honest! I wonder if it got sucked into hotmails junk mail. I am none too careful about clearing that sometimes. brutal might be the word.

    Try my email address again when you have a chance to make sure you have it right. I will email you as well so you have it in hand.

    And seriously, holler if I can do anything to help. A ride home from the hospital on handlebars in winter can be exhilarating and enhance your sense of life you know!!! Or so I am told!!! <grin>
