The gardeners at the Ballard P-Patch (25th NW – just north of 85th NW) are undertaking a project to make our garden accessible to all members of the community. Beginning on Saturday, January 22 and continuing through Saturday, January 29 – we will be removing an estimated 100 Cubic Yards of organic soil from our garden paths, to allow us to lay gravel in the upcoming weeks. This soil is available at no charge to anyone willing to come and haul it away. We also have a current backlog of wood chips that were dumped at the garden, and will be adding to that chip pile as we remove soil. Chips are available immediately.
