Peddler Brewing Company to host 3rd annual End of Bike Month Party

If you observed Bike Month by riding to work or school in May, you deserve a cold one: on Friday, June 2, Peddler Brewing Company (1514 NW Leary Way) is hosting their annual End of Bike Month Party with vegan hot dogs, bike gear vendors, and raffle prizes.

From 4 – 11pm, the brewery will have Cycle Dogs food truck on site, dishing out vegan gourmet hot dogs. Every pint purchased earns you one ticket for the raffle prizes from the bike vendors. The raffle prizes will be given out at 7:30pm; you must be present to win.

The exhibits and vendors will be on from 4 – 8 pm, and will include test-rides of electric and folding bikes, information about converting streets into greenways from Greenwood-Phinney Greenways, handmade wool bicycle clothing by Telaio, bags from Timbuk2, a bike fixer from Velofix, and even a bike lawyer from Washington Bike Law on hand to answer your burning bike questions.

Peddler Brewing to kick off Thursday Movie Nights

Locals are welcome to join the team at Peddler Brewing for their Summer Outdoor Movie Series on Thursday evenings throughout the summer.

Rain or shine, outdoor movies will be held under their large tent in the beer garden. Be sure to show up plenty early to get a seat at one of our picnic tables and a beer before the film begins.

Attendees can also bring camp chairs and blankets to make their viewing experience as comfy and cozy as possible. Movies are free to attend in the all-ages beer garden and a food truck will always be on site to satisfy the crowds.

Peddler is kicking off the series tonight with Idiocracy at 8:30 pm.

Movies will run from May through September, every Thursday except First Thursday which continues to be Trivia Night. Check out the schedule above.

Peddler to celebrate 4th anniversary

Peddler Brewing is turning four and is inviting locals to join the celebration this Saturday, March 25, from 11 a.m. – 11 p.m.

For $10 attendees will get two beers and a commemorative pint glass (limited to first 150 customers). The team will have three of their special aged sour beers on tap, with a very limited supply of the Oak Barrel Aged Belgian Sour.

To fill your belly Cycle Dogs will be serving their gourmet vegan hot dogs from 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. and then Athena’s Greek food truck will be serving from 4 p.m.- 9 p.m.

To get locals dancing the team have The Ramblin’ Years playing from 7:30 – 10 p.m.

“Join us in celebrating 4 years of Peddler beer,” says co-owner Haley Keller.

Peddler to host Pint-for-a-Pint Blood Drive


The team at Peddler Brewing (1514 NW Leary Way) is hosting a Pint-for-a-Pint Blood Drive this Sunday, November 20, from 12 p.m. – 6 p.m.

The Bloodworks Northwest bus will be on site taking donations. Locals are encouraged to sign up online. Walk-ins will be welcome if spots are still available.

Attendees who donate a pint of blood, will receive a $5 gift certificate.

“If you donated at our last drive, you’re eligible to donate again on this date,” says Haley from Peddler.

Peddler to host “Climate Science on Tap” event


The team at Peddler Brewing Company is hosting a Climate Science on Tap event from 7 p.m. this Friday, October 21, to explore Washington State’s Initiative to put a price on carbon pollution and make our tax system more progressive – Initiative 732.

The event will include live music, including a mandolin playing UW Climate Scientist playing “The Climate is a-Changing” to honor Bob Dylan’s Nobel Award.

After the entertainment there will be a talk about the impacts of climate change in Washington State and how locals can avert the worst impacts of climate change.

The event sponsored by Cascadia Climate Action.

Learn about Climate Change at Peddler trivia event

The folks at Peddler Brewing (1514 NW Leary Way) are hosting a trivia event for Cascadia Climate Action tonight (Monday, September 19) from 7:30 p.m.

Attendees can take part in the trivia, enjoy the brews and learn more about Climate Change.

Rachel White, PhD, climate researcher with the UW Joint Institute of Studies on the Atmosphere and Ocean, will speak about the effects of global warming on extreme weather events such as droughts, floods, and hurricanes.

Locals have the opportunity to learn more about the science of climate change and how it may impact the Pacific Northwest in coming decades, ask questions, learn how to help, and enjoy a fun, engaging discussion around the tables in Peddler’s beer garden.

Peddler Brewing to host Blood Drive this weekend


Peddler Brewing (1514 NW Leary Way) is hosting a Pint-for-a-Pint Blood Drive with Bloodworks Northwest this Saturday, September 3, from 1 p.m. – 7 p.m.

Bloodworks will be parking their bloodmobile on NW 49th St just behind the brewery. Donors will receive a $5 gift certificate for use at Peddler Brewing Co.

Locals can sign-up online. Walk-ins are also welcome, make sure to bring photo ID.

“Spend your holiday weekend saving a life,” says Peddler co-owner Haley Keller.

#DogsOfPeddler party set for Thursday

The folks at Peddler Brewing (1514 NW Leary Way) are having a #DogsOfPeddler Party this Thursday from 4 p.m.

The team will be celebrating all the #DogsOfPeddler in their Beer Garden and will donate 10% of beer sales to Red Waggin’ Rescue.


The party is set to include free giveaways, a photo booth, The Seattle Barkery dog treat truck and The Mud Bay pet store booth. Anchor End Pretzel Shoppe will also be serving up the pretzel sandwiches from 5 p.m.

At 8:30 p.m., Beethoven will be shown on the outdoor screen.

Peddler Brewing to host movie night and live music


The team at Peddler Brewing (1514 NW Leary Way) are gearing up for a week of events and wants to spread the word to the local community.

This Thursday, May 19, the Peddler team will host an Outdoor Movie Night with a screening of E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial. The movie will kick off at 8:30 p.m. with no cover charge and is suitable for all ages.

On Friday evening, May 20, Dysfunction Junction  will play live from 7:30 p.m. – 10 p.m. This event is also free and suitable for all ages.

Peddler Brewing to celebrate third birthday


Peddler Brewing (1514 NW Leary Way) will be hosting its 3rd birthday celebrations with festivities on Saturday from 11 a.m. – 11 p.m.

This weekend the Peddler team is featuring special beers on tap including Belgian Tripel Aged with Brett & Blueberries, Oak Barrel Aged Belgian and Oak Barrel Aged Belgian Sour.

A corn hole tournament will kick off at 2 p.m. with 16 teams of 1-4 people. Sign ups will start at 1 p.m. with each team paying $10 to enter and receiving $1 off all pints all day.

The celebrations will continue with live music from 7:30 p.m. and locals will be fed by Cave Man Food Truck from 4 p.m. – 9 p.m.

“Thanks for all the great support these past three years and cheers to many more,” says co-owner Haley Woods.
