A 4-story building with 21 units has been proposed to replace a 114-year-old house on NW 57th St.
The proposal for 1123 NW 57th St includes 16 apartments and five small efficiency dwelling units, with no parking proposed.
Currently, a 3-bedroom brick home (built in 1905) is on the property. According to public records, the house sold in 2017 for $696,000.
