Pop up art for Preschool (and everyone else) Is a free event at Ballard community center. It is meant to be fun and offer an opportunity to meet our new preschool teacher, We will also be offering information on the SPS affiliated Pathways preschool program. Pathways preschool offers free preschool opportunites if you meet income requirements. Full pay preschool also available
