Hsiao-Ching Chou is the author of the cookbooks Chinese Soul Food and Vegetarian Chinese Soul Food. In this virtual cooking class, she will demonstrate how to make her famous potstickers that have inspired many home cooks to get into the kitchen. Hsiao-Ching will share her techniques for making the dough, rolling wrappers, and pleating the dumplings. An ingredient list will be provided so you can follow along or make them on another day!
