Join us in welcoming the multi-award winning team from Matchless Brewing out of Tumwater, Washington to the beer hall for some rounds of shuffleboard and the release of the new seasonal in-house beer brewed especially for Skål, the aptly-named Bjorn to Bee Wild Saison!

The Bjorn to Bee Wild saison is a take on a traditional Bier de Marz, straight out of a Moon Foudre — a full bodied saison fermented wholly in oak. Meant to bridge Spring and Summer saison styles, it was refermented with fireweed (also called willow herb, a type of purple wildflower) and blackberry honey from Honey Bear Farm in Olympia, WA). The beer has a light touch of biscuit, with a bright acidity and soft but present honey nose.
