A relaxing, meditative hour of sound and vibrational healing. You will be “bathed” in the sounds of Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, Native American flutes, and vocals.

Sound healing helps reduces stress, create a deeper sense of inner peace and is an excellent way to indulge in an hour of uninterrupted self-care.
