Valhalla Dinner Series Featuring Bauman’s Cider

Sound the horns… the Valhalla Dinner Series rolls on! For this dinner, we welcome one of our favorite cider makers, Bauman’s Cider, from just across the Columbia River in Oregon. They join us on Sunday 6/13 for a five course dinner and cider pairing worthy of the gods!
We’ll be featuring a wide range of cider styles from Bauman’s, most of which use apples sourced directly from their farm. The menu for the evening includes:
Warm Up: Vegetable Pakoras paired with Clyde’s Dry Cider
From the Garden: Cheddar and herb polenta paired with McIntosh Single Variety
From the Sea: Grilled Sockeye Salmon and creamy leeks paired with Muscadet de Dieppe
From the Pasture: Ginger Pork Tenderloin with Apple Hash paired with The Old Mule
From the Baker: Orchard Krumkake Duo paired with Peach Raspberry Cider
You’ll have the opportunity to hear from and engage with the cider makers as well as our Executive (bearded) Chef, Jon, in an intimate setting.
