DESCRIPTION:Join us for Neighbor Day in Alice Ball Park on Saturday\, May 2nd from 10:30am-1:30pm to read a book\, join story time\, participate in a neighborhood litter pick-up or learn more about local organizations! A planned schedule of events is included below. \nIf you plan to hangout and read a book\, please bring a blanket or chair to sit on! You can bring your own book or pick up one at the event. Drip coffee will be provided by Couth Buzzard. \nEvent timeline:\n10:00-10:30am: Before the event stop by Couth Buzzard for their Story Time\n10:30am: Event starts at Alice Ball Park\, information booths are open and community is invited to sit down with a good book to read in the park\n11:00am: A Seattle Public Library Librarian hosts Bi-lingual Story Time with the book I’m So Happy You’re Here: A Celebration of Library Joy by Mychal Threets\n11:30am: Story Time craft\n12:00pm: Litter clean-up begins – meet up at Alice Ball Park to begin\, supplies provided\n1:30pm: Event ends \nPlease email info@greenwoodcommunitycouncil.org with any questions.
