They’ve spent all day talking about this and it hasn’t even started yet? How much can one jabber about something that hasn’t even happened yet?

Heh, that was good, Edog. Now that the game has started, people will start talking about something and stop jabbering about nothing. :)

The first RAVE from the Seattle Times in the Sunday Rants and Raves is really cool!

RAVE To Seattle Opera and the cast of “Rigoletto” who came out for their curtain call wearing Seahawks T-shirts, followed by the conductor, also in a Seahawks shirt and carrying a football. Then a 12th Man banner was lowered from the rafters while green and blue confetti floated down. Go Seattle Opera! Go Hawks!

The Space Needle set off a bunch of huge fireworks. Classy! What a game!

And of course the obligatory UW frat row bonfire had to happen.

Me neither, Rudy. I was pretty sure we’d win, but I expected it to be much closer. It was a little sad to watch Peyton’s sad face…but only a little.

Parade is Wednesday at 11. Starts at 4th and Denny, all the way to the CLink. Luckily my building is on 3rd, extended lunch!

As much as I am loving this and having a hard time believing it, my wallet HATES this! Ugh. Too much, no mas.

Carroll has to be one of the best big game coaches ever. If you look back at his championships at USC this kind of victory is not uncommon with him. The Seahawks were extremely well prepared. As sleazy and greasy as he is, you have to admire how he gets his guys up for championship play.

The Ballard celebration in the national news was amusing.
