I found this nugget and thought it was worth sharing. According to Sports Illustrated the Seattle Seahawks have some of the most expensive beer in the NFL. I’ve never been to a game, but wonder how the price compares to the Mariners, or Sounders. Does anyone know?08/22/2014 at 10:25 am #71740
Something is really wrong when houses are cheaper than beer in Detroit;)08/22/2014 at 11:33 am #71742
Just as with housing, in Detroit that you can get much cheaper beer at a game if you drink it in the poor black part of the stadium.08/22/2014 at 11:56 am #71744
The next time I go to a game I may stop at Ballard Commons for a few hours to beg for beer money. If only I knew how to play that piano:(08/22/2014 at 1:14 pm #71748
Tangentially related is the “Off-Leash Deck” at UW Husky games. Only $25 to enter and stand to buy and consume beer.
Husky Stadium is rolling out a fresh feature for the 2014 season: The Off-Leash Deck. For $25 per ticket, fans can purchase a standing room only ticket on the NW Deck between the Don James Center and football offices. The area will have beer, wine and snacks for purchase before and throughout the game.08/22/2014 at 1:21 pm #71749
Great! Standing room only, beer and college kids. This will end well!08/22/2014 at 1:38 pm #71750
Sounders, it depends on who you are and when you get it. $6 pints 30 before first kick if you have a matchpass. Sometimes right up til kick. Otherwise normal prices.08/26/2014 at 6:39 pm #71955
