NW 57th and 24th, working fine, not even a hiccup that I noticed.

Actually wouldn’t of known that there was an outage unless I read this forum, walked from nearby the qfc to ballard ave, and back, around 12:30am to 2am. Everything was the same as everynight.

    I’ll try to be there.

I remember the new Doctor, from the movie Local Hero, he was a goofy kid in that.

Interesting fish, it’s a filter feeder like the whale shark.

My car window was smashed in my drive way about 2 weeks ago. The person’s didn’t attempt to steal the car, all the glass in on the inside and some is still stuck between the door and the seat, if someone had opened the door the glass would have fallen out. Didn’t attempt to take the old cars cassette stereo player ( why would anyone) the car’s ignition wasn’t messed with, the window broken was the passengers side even. Was the side that was right by a street lamp too. Nothing worth anything in the car.

I don’t use the car much any more, (100% disabled vet) don’t get out much, have nowhere to go. A while ago the car was hit and run ( 15 feet off away from the street in a driveway) then the tire developed a flat ( was going to a VA appointment ,checked the car out the night before) then the spare got a flat too, with in days of the first one ( without being moved) ?

Then the window was broken, a week or so after the duplex next door was put up for sale by the owner.

Now today was just was notified by my landlord that we have a code violation, due to the cars window being broke…. the complaint about a day or so after the window was broken. Glad someone noticed it, was almost before I did.

Over the past 6 months I’ve had several offers to buy it and also an flyer ad to buy old cars taped to it.

    Coincidence ?

Been thinking it’s just a crappy old car, that I don’t use, was going to give it to a friend that likes to fix cars, now I’m irate. I ‘ll fix the flat and find a new window to stick in it, just to piss off someone …

Buying a nighttime security camera first though.

    Try an Umbrella maybe ?

Didn’t know that the other sub forums were restricted, seems wrong to me.

Has it always been that way ?

May try wearing a hat or if you wear a hat a different one, same for a coat.

Could try dropping a treat , like a French fry or a piece of bread will distract them , though do that before the start to swoop to you.

Guessing are overly protective because of the nests this time of year.

Haven’t heard the whole story, about this. May edit later.

Think they should tax churches, help solve the debt or put a dent in it.

Edog, some types of fish are arm blooded actually (tuna, great white sharks), and some have anti-freeze too.

By warm blooded, I meant their body temp is higher then the surrounding water.

Happened apon by accident, was interesting, nothing new though. The inner fish is a 3 part series.

The show before it, the one about animal intelligence, was good also.

    and pay for 15mbps …

location location location … I’m right around NW 57th + 24th, just in that old dead zone, where it’s not good, between the new Ballard 5+ story condo with retail and then the older buildings.

Good enough to area to pay for it, just not worthy of actually bothering to update a line to your building, though the pole at the end of the driveway looks like 5 techno-squirrels built nests on it the past few years…

Live about 2 1/2 blocks north of Market Street on 24th, and had about 3 inches of snow here. Walked down to Ballard ave. late lastnight, and they had about 1 1/2 inches.

Odd I thought, twice as much snow in such a short distance.
