Fresh from the Ballard police reports: a woman who had a little too much to drink called a cab to take her home. The friendly cabbie offered to walk her up to her front door, and when he did, he “touched her inappropriately.” The woman called police and gave a description of the cab. (Nope, the report doesn’t say which one it was.)
