Ballard’s busiest intersection will be a little busier this Monday and Tuesday.
Construction crews will be working on the pavement in the southeastern corner of the intersection. The northbound curb lane of 15th and the eastbound curb lane of Market will be closed from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on both days.
