Due to COVID-19, the traditional in-person tax preparation and filing process has changed to minimize contact between taxpayers and volunteers.
Taxpayers will need to schedule an appointment at the Phinney Center
[206-657-6474] to complete an intake interview and have their tax documents scanned. IRS certified tax volunteers will then prepare and review the tax return and a second taxpayer visit is required to complete the tax filing process.
