Intro to Mindfulness

Stressed? Anxious? Looking for ways to better manage your (overly) busy thoughts? Mindfulness is proven to help. Being mindful brings us into the present moment and helps us to be our best selves without all the past and future thinking that plagues so many of us. You can expect to learn ways to do this as you go through the day, as well as how to practice mindfulness meditation. This is meditation for modern people. It’s non denominational, derived from Buddhism but not actually Buddhism or religious based. Classes are in person at The Ballard Collective in the heart of Ballard.
