It’s time for the next installment of Tractor Tavern’s Night Out and we couldn’t be more stoked! Don’t miss Kelsey Waldon, Emily Nenni, and Bob Sumner when they bring the party to the Tractor Tavern on October 21st. Get ready for a night of boot scootin’ fun, full of good twangy country music, cute clothes, and drinks and food at a neighborhood staple. This month we’re partnering with our sweet neighbors Gold Dogs as well as The Smoke Shop Ballard to make sure we cover all the bases for a successful night out.
Stop #1: Drop by Gold Dogs, located right next door, to kick the evening off on the right foot and pick up any last second accessories or pieces you may need to complete your look. They’ve got you covered for anything you may need with their wall of cowboy boots, truck bed stocked with vintage western apparel, and jewelry that can work with anyone’s unique style. There’s no better place to shop to make sure you’re arriving in style!

Stop #2: Whether you’ve been around the neighborhood for a while or are brand new to it, The Ballard Smoke Shop has a little something for you. This neighborhood institution is one of Ballard’s oldest surviving bars having been around since the ’50’s and has been the main watering hole for Deadliest Catch fishermen and other rowdy neighborhood folks because they could start drinking at 6am. These days the Smoke Shop attracts a younger, hipper crowd who appreciate the history of the place as well as the tasty fried chicken available on the menu. Whether you make it your pre-show dinner scene or after party, we highly recommend bellying up to the main bar and hope someone rings the bell.
Once you’ve settled up (and tipped your bartender!) at Smoke Shop, hurry back to Tractor by 9pm to catch B.C. crooner Bob Sumner and honky-tonk rising queen Emily Nenni before the night’s main attraction: Kelsey Waldon
