Valhalla Dinner Series Featuring Æsir & Oppegaard Meads

Sound the horns… the Valhalla Dinner Series is back! For this dinner, we welcome our friends from Æsir Meadery & Oppegaard Meadery. They join us on Sunday 5/2 for a six course dinner and mead pairing worthy of the gods! There will be two sessions at 2p and 6p.
We’ll be featuring a wide range of meads from Æsir & Oppegaard. All six courses will include a 3-5oz mead pour.
The menu for the evening includes:
Warm Up: Nordic Canapes paired with Æsir London Fog Mead
From the Garden: Horiatiki salad paired with Oppegaard Artemis Kiss Mead
From the Earth: Grilled Celeriac with spiced ricotta paired with Æsir Dry Cyser
From the Sea: Arctic Char with dill whipped parsnip paired with Oppegaard Dodolas Thunder
From the Pasture: Cardamom BBQ Brisket with poblano cheddar cornbread paired with Æsir Sarsaparilla Mead
From the Baker: Lemon Poppyseed shortbread with lavender icing paired with Oppegaard Boudicca’s Pika
You’ll have the opportunity to hear from and engage with the mead makers as well as our Executive (bearded) Chef, Jon, in an intimate setting inside or outside of the beer hall.
