Valhalla Dinner Series Featuring Ravenna Brewing

To celebrate the distinct flavors of fresh hop season, we present to you a menu full of locally sourced seasonal fare to pair with Ravenna Brewing’s exciting handcrafted beers!
The menu for the evening includes:
Warm Up: Wild Mushroom Fritters paired with Rubicon Italian Pilsner
From the Cauldron: Sweet Corn and Roasted Chili Chowder paired with Fresh Hop Lorien Lager
From the Sea: Butter poached Monkfish paired with Fresh Hop Citra Hazy IPA
From the Pasture: Berkshire Pork Chop with Local Apple Chutney paired with Atonal Nocturn Oatmeal Stout
From the Orchard: Fig and Plum Tart paired with Wishing Fountain Sour
You’ll have the opportunity to hear from and engage with the brewers as well as our Executive (bearded) Chef, Jon, in an intimate setting. This event is held inside the beer hall.
Note fresh hop beers may be substituted with other fresh hops at the last minute due to availability.
