The agreement that SHARE has with the City of Seattle is that Tent City 3 will only stay at a given location for three months and cannot return to that same location for a year.

Yes there was increased traffic of drunk/high homeless people all throughout the neighborhood. If you lived by the tent city I am sure you noticed.

So what's the verdict? After all the hullaballoo about Tent City moving to Ballard and the NIMBY outcry, was there grounds for objecting after all? Was there an increase in crime, vandalism, etc?

Does the city limit it to two months?
