So what’s the verdict? After all the hullaballoo about Tent City moving to Ballard and the NIMBY outcry, was there grounds for objecting after all? Was there an increase in crime, vandalism, etc?

Yes there was increased traffic of drunk/high homeless people all throughout the neighborhood. If you lived by the tent city I am sure you noticed.
