Organizers working on Ballard Corners Park on 17th Ave. and 62nd St. are looking for volunteers. Tomorrow (Sunday) at 9 a.m., adult volunteers are need to pick fruit from trees inside the park property. The fruit will be donated to local food banks. Then on Saturday, October 11th, volunteers are needed to help install the playground equipment. More info on the park project here.
