While everyone’s talking about the Obama vs. McCain and Gregoire vs. Rossi debates, we have our own hotly-contested race here in the neighborhood.

Reuven Carlyle and John Burbank are vying for the state legislative seat from the 36th district, and the two Democrats will face off in a debate a week from today, October 14, at the Sunset Hill Community Association at 7:00 p.m. You may remember, Carlyle came out ahead of Burbank in the primary, and Burbank scored the official endorsement from the 36th District Democrats.
