Although there’s no official opening date yet, construction crews are making some progress on Ballard’s Trader Joe’s.

Inside the Ballard Blocks development, Trader Joe’s is located just down from Mike’s Chili on the corner of 46th St. and 14th Ave.

We took a peak inside, and the some of the displays are in place.

Meanwhile, LA Fitness is scheduled to open on January 16th. They have yet to move in and install all the workout gear.

The other retail spaces are empty and available for lease. The parking garage and escalators, to our untrained eye, look close to completion.
