Ballard resident Enjay Santos has an interesting hobby, to say the least. He’s an Elvis impersonator, but only for special occasions, such as this weekend’s 12th Annual Elvis Invitationals in downtown Seattle.

Here’s Santos with Marlow Harris as Priscilla. He says it all started a few years ago when he was told in a karaoke bar that he sounded a lot like Elvis. One thing led to another, and Santos now attends the annual contest, squaring off against 30 or so other impersonators for prizes and pride. The event is this Saturday at 8 p.m. at Club Motor, 1950 First Ave. S. Tickets available here.
